Terms and Conditions

* Cancellation terms of 0 - 7 days notice 100% of fee. 8 - 14 days 50% of fee. 

* All VRS/VRI bookings for meetings charged at £150.00 + VAT for a 3 hour call out. (or 3hrs x £45.00 ATW)

* Disclosure to record bookings is required & must be agreed at the time of the booking & a media release form signed (by the company/person wishing to record the event).

* An additional fee to market all recorded BSL performances/interpretations on social media will be required and a media release form to be signed (by the company/person wishing to record the event).

* International travel is £475.00 + VAT per day minimum (including travel days) + per diems. 

**GREEN SCREEN - 9,000 words (1 hour speech) 2 days work x £370* + VAT (prep time will need to be negotiated case by case).
